What is the minimum ceiling height for soft play?
Single-level low structures fit from about 2.5–3 m. Multi-level commercial soft play usually needs 3.5–4 m+ clear height; 4.5 m+ allows three levels.
How many children fit in a unit?
Peak occupancy is planned at roughly one child per 3.5 m² of play area. A 180 m² unit means about 50 children at peak; the exact figure depends on local regulations.
What should I check before signing a lease?
