By using the GetSoftPlay website and tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

GetSoftPlay offers free planning tools (cost calculator, AI design tool, ROI calculator) to play-area investors and passes your enquiry to vetted manufacturers. We are an intermediary; we do not manufacture or sell equipment. We may earn a commission from the manufacturer on completed sales; this adds no cost to you.

Estimates are not guarantees

Cost, quantity, ROI and timeframe figures produced by our tools are indicative estimates only. Actual prices vary by size, materials, exchange rate, shipping and manufacturer. The only binding price is the manufacturer's formal quote. AI images are conceptual, not exact production output.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information that belongs to you.
• Comply with applicable local licensing, safety (e.g. EN 1176) and regulations.
• Do not use the tools for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Intellectual property

Site content, text and tools belong to GetSoftPlay and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the tools' output or from your business relationship with a manufacturer. Any contract you enter is between you and the manufacturer.
