GetSoftPlay ("we") is a tool and content site that connects play-area investors with vetted manufacturers. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you provide through our forms.

What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, country/city.
• Project details: venue size, budget, timeframe, product/quantity preferences, calculator inputs.
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), page URL, UTM tags.

Why we process it and our legal basis

To handle your enquiry and prepare a free quote for you (performance of a contract / legitimate interest and your explicit consent). By submitting a form you consent to this processing.

Who we share it with

Important: Because of our business model, in order to fulfil your quote request we share your form data with a vetted manufacturer (e.g. IQPARK). The manufacturer uses it only to provide you with a quote. We also use service providers:

• Supabase — database and lead storage (EU/US).
• Resend — lead notification emails.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Cloudflare — AI design image generation (only your selections, no personal data).

We do not sell your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Lead data is kept for as long as needed for the sales process and legal obligations (typically up to 24 months), then deleted or anonymised.
